Microsoft Azure Training Workshop

There will be a FREE Training Workshop on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft’s cloud platform, on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm in the OARC Portal (5628 Math Sciences). The hands-on workshop will have two 3-hour sessions. The first session will cover Azure basics, and the second will cover advanced scenarios. Lunch will be provided. Bring your laptop, notebook, or tablet (running an HTML5 browser) and join Paul Singh, Microsoft Cloud Solution Architect who will guide you through standing up and configuring Azure for various workloads. These training sessions are geared toward IT Pros and researchers wanting to get hands-on experience setting up and using Azure. Please RSVP to ensure your spot in the lab and so Microsoft can create a temporary Azure account for you to use during the training. Seating is limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
