Amazon Web Services (AWS)
This agreement enables UCLA faculty and staff to use the cloud computing services available from Amazon Web Services (AWS) for the processing and storage of certain types of data in compliance with University policy.
Reviewing the UCLA Allowable Data Use- Amazon Web Services page will reveal a link on how to establish an Amazon Web Services (AWS) account at UCLA.
HIPAA Business Associates Agreement (BAA): There is a BAA in place with AWS. In order to cover your location’s AWS accounts under the terms of the UC AWS Enterprise Agreement (EA) and HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA), please follow these additional instructions found on the UCOP Website.

License terms are available via CalUsource which stores contract information for the UC and CSU systems. UCLA persons with a shibboleth login may access CalUsource, using your Single Sign On (SSO) credentials.
