Adobe Acrobat Volume License Agreement
The Adobe Acrobat Volume License Agreement provides annual Acrobat licenses for departments covering their Named Users and Lab Machines. Named Users must be UCLA Faculty or Staff and Lab machines is a term used for device licenses where multiple people share a machine, such as a lab or a shared worker desktop.
All Acrobat licenses via this program include:
- updates and upgrades for the current agreement term,
- work at home rights for eligible faculty and staff for work-related purposes.
Student use on personal computers not allowed.
License terms are available via CalUsource which stores contract information for the UC and CSU systems. UCLA persons with a shibboleth login may access CalUsource, using your Single Sign On (SSO) credentials. If you receive an error message while trying to login to CalUsource, please contact support@ucprocure.zendesk.com and ask for Campus Viewer Access. Once logged in, please bookmark the site for easy future access.
Please contact Software Central for eligible buy in dates if your department is interested in participating in this agreement. This agreement is for departments only and not intended for less than ten licenses.
